He wants to disrupt recruitment by putting his mission ahead of profit. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Paul understands what it feels like to be discriminated against for being part of a minority group. He has witnessed unfair privilege many times during his career and has an acute and humbling awareness of how many more opportunities are open to white males like himself.
